African American, Black
The Center of Black Equity is an organization that promotes a multinational LGBTQ+ network dedicated to improving health and wellness opportunities, economic empowerment, and equal rights while promoting individual and collective work, responsibility, and self-determination. The National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC) is a civil rights organization dedicated to the empowerment of Black lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and same gender loving (LGBTQ/SGL) people, including people living with HIV/AIDS. Website includes information about Black LGBTQ+ issues and ways to get involved.
Black Trans Advocacy Coalition aims to help improve the black transgender human experience by overcoming violence and injustice in the world through the power, value and love of all people. Website includes grant applications and volunteer opportunities.
Best Black Queer Books, according to Black LGBTQ Leaders is a list of books written by Black Queer authors, curated by Black LGBTQ Leaders.

Erasure and Resilience: The Experiences of LGBTQ Students of Color Black LGBTQ Youth in U.S. Schools was developed by the GLSEN Research Institute, in partnership with the National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC), and examines:
- Feelings of safety at school due to personal characteristics
- Experiences of racist and anti-LGBTQ harassment and assault from peers
- Effects of a hostile school climate on educational well-being and psychological well-being
- Reporting harassment and assault to school staff and family members, and these adults’ responses
- Experiences with school disciplinary action
- School resources and supports, including student clubs, supportive educators, and inclusive curriculum
First Nations, Indigenous, Native American
NativeOUT is a Facebook page for a national unincorporated nonprofit education and media organization that seeks to create social change in rural and urban communities that benefit indigenous lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and Two Spirit people - community connections and online events!
In Two Spirit/LGBTQ+ Native Americans in Higher Education - Resource Guide, Pages 10-13 include a list of organizations, movies, and articles related to two spirit/LGBTQ+ Native experiences. This guide also includes recommendations for supporting students in higher education.

TransLatin@ Coalition is an organization formed by Trans Latin@ leaders who have come together in 2009 to organize and advocate for the needs of Trans Latin@s who are immigrants and reside in the US.
Unity Coalition is advancing equality and fairness for the Lantinx/Hispanic and Indigenous LGBTQ community through education, leadership, and awareness.
Familia: Trans Queer Liberation Movement (Familia:TQLM) works at the local and national levels to achieve the collective liberation of trans, queer, and gender nonconforming Latinxs through building community, organizing, advocacy, and education. - Reporting harassment and assault to school staff and family members, and these adults’ responses

- NQAPIA (National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance) is a federation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Asian American, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) organizations.

The Visibility Project is an organization that documents the personal experiences of the Queer Asian Pacific American women and transgender community by interweaving visual art, personal narratives, and social justice onto an accessible online platform. Includes galleries, oral histories, and additional resources (including political, media, and LGBTQ+ history).
DeQH - Desi LGBTQ Hotline for South Asians is the first national Desi LGBTQ Helpline in the United States. DeQH offers free, confidential, culturally sensitive peer support, information and resources for LGBTQ South Asian individuals, families and friends around the globe.
Gaysi (The Gay Desi Blog) is an online forum and website for Gaysis with something to say, whether it’s personal opinions, coming out stories, poems, erotic fiction, book reviews, movie reviews, event notices or anything at all that is related to being Gaysi or Queer.

LGBTQ Immigration
Through direct legal services, policy advocacy, and impact litigation, Immigration Equality advocates for immigrants and families facing discrimination based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status. Includes volunteer opportunities and legal assistance.
United We Dream is an organization that aims to empower people to develop their leadership, their organizing skills, and develop our own campaigns to fight for justice and dignity for immigrants and all people. Includes leadership development and educational resources.
Mental Health
National Queer and Trans Therapists of Color Network is a healing justice organization committed to transforming mental health for queer and trans people of color (QTPoC). Includes a directory of QTPOC mental healthcare providers.
Therapy for QPOC is a mental health network based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our goal is to increase access to quality and inclusive mental healthcare for queer and trans folks of color through empowerment & education. Includes a directory of QTPOC mental healthcare providers.
Rest for Resistance strives to uplift marginalized communities, those who rarely get access to adequate health care or social support. This includes Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Pacific Islander, Asian, Middle Eastern, and multiracial persons. Includes a blog with posts related to QTPOC experience.
Mental Health Fund (MHF) for Queer and Trans Black, Indigenous and People of Color began as a pilot project in 2017 in response to the increased violence, threats, surveillance, and instability following the presidential election in 2016. The MHF provides financial assistance to Queer and Trans Black, Indigenous and People of Color to increase access to mental health support for QTBIPOC by QTBIPOC*. The program is designed to address the economic barriers inherent in healthcare and the mental health system.
