The LGBTQ Student Alliance is IU Indianapolis' student organization dedicated to the advancement of the LGBTQ+ community.
The purpose of the union is to provide a safe space for queer individuals at IU Indianapolis, plan events that bring together and increase visibility for the LGBTQ+ community on campus, and encourage outreach to queer-focused organizations and activism opportunities in Indianapolis at large.

Looking for other ways to learn more?
Every academic semester, the LGBTQ+ Student Ambassadors host multiple discussion groups to provide a platform for all LGBTQ+ students and allies to come together and share their thoughts on different norms of society, political views impacting the LGBTQ+ community, and other important things impacting their lives.
All the students are welcomed to these discussion groups to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community and take part in the discussion respectfully.
